Glowworm

  Glowworm, a member of the Green Lantern Corps, has often felt out of place due to it's tiny size. A small, leech-like creature from an out-of-the-way planet in an out-of-the-way system, it was chosen by the Guardians of the Universe after latching onto the body of a patrolling Lantern, and psychically connecting to their ring. The ring allowed Glowworm to see--an ability unknown to it's species up until that moment--and Glowworm decided that this power must be used to aid it's species and all others at an apparent disadvantage to live freely and creatively. With a ring carefully augmented into it's body, Glowworm is just as powerful as any other Green Lantern--despite it's size!
